This confirms Mavhulawa Civil Construction and Projects’ ability to take on projects of value ranging from R10,000 to R1 million in both the general building and construction industry. We are striving for higher ratings in these categories so that we can be on par with other major construction companies in South Africa.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our success is driven by a team of experienced and passionate professionals. From engineers to project managers and tradespeople, every member of our team plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction solutions.
Managing Director
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tshwane University of Technology, a National Diploma and a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Vaal University of Technology and UNISA respectively, as well as a Government Certificate of Competence (GCC) and an undergraduate Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa. He has 17 years of experience, with expertise spanning a wide range of disciplines including, but not limited to: leadership, engineering, maintenance, procurement, project management, production, finance, compliance, contract management, legal and regulatory frameworks, people management, health and safety management, risk management, and general business operations.
Contracts and Construction Manager
He holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and Project Management, as well as a B-Tech in Construction Management from the University of Johannesburg. He is registered with SAICE and ECSA as a Candidate Technologist. With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, he has been involved in numerous civil, road, earthworks, and major infrastructure projects. His experience spans various roles including consulting, project engineering, project management, construction supervision, and construction management.
Project Manager
He holds a Technical National Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from Vhembe FET College. He has over 11 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with exposure to both commercial and general construction environments. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including builder, project leader, construction supervisor, and project manager. He has successfully completed several projects, each ranging in value from R10 million to R30 million.
THE SUPPORT TEAM
Health and safety Manager
She holds a National Diploma in Safety Management from the Vaal University of Technology and is registered with SACPCMP. She has 5 years of experience in the construction industry, serving as a Safety Officer.
Environmental Manager
She holds a BSc in Life and Environmental Sciences from the University of Johannesburg. She has experience in the field of environmental management, having spent 6 years working as an Environmental Officer in the steel industry.
